Started out having a very good day, but after my experience in this place it ruined my day and left a sour taste in my mouth. I read reviews on this place with 8 out of 10 being negative; those reviews were a year old, I hoped that the good reviews that were recent were a sign of improved service; BOY WAS I WRONG ! I had a transfer done with them, I came in to pick it up the day it was delivered and I was told that the guy in the back said: "I'm not checking it in today", I asked why, I was given no reason just a repeat "He's not checking it in today; you can get it tommorow", I don't know the guys name; I was too shocked to look, he was about 6'4" 260lb with sandy colored hair / beard / mustache, (I'm saying this so if the owners of the store ever read this so they can know who's costing them business), He couldn't give any less of a S--t about what I thought of his answer This was at 3pm, they close at 8pm, had at least 6 people working with only 2 customers in the sales area; so it was a horrible display of customer service They'll get my $40 for the transfer; but NEVER see my wallet again ! ...read more
