It shouldn't surprise anyone in South Florida when they encounter a shady business...it's par for the course down here. I don't recommend anyone use Ace Title Company for their closing. They are expensive, untrustworthy, and if you are not careful they will try and pull a fast one on you by sneaking in a fee here or there. If you so choose to use them or are forced to do so, be sure to hire your own attorney to do the Due Diligence for you. I wouldn't trust these guys to figure out if it rained last week. ...read more

We used this company for our home purchase last year. Just now, I saw that I could write a review, and so I want to say: WATCH OUT. The lady who was putting together the papers from my realtor made a mistake, i think, and everything got screwed up. Anyhow, WE had to delay the closing, but her attitide was was what made the final closing so miserable. ...read more
