Ace Title Services

It shouldn't surprise anyone in South Florida when they encounter a shady business...it's par for the course down here. I don't recommend anyone use Ace Title Company for their closing. They are expensive, untrustworthy, and if you are not careful they will try and pull a fast one on you by sneaking in a fee here or there. If you so choose to use them or are forced to do so, be sure to hire your own attorney to do the Due Diligence for you. I wouldn't trust these guys to figure out if it rained last week.
