PS3Repairshop.com repaired my ps3 in 2013 and returned it once it had been reballed. 6 months after getting my ps3 was fixed it got the YLOD, again. I contacted the company to get it repaired again through warranty and they advised that I send it back to them. I sent it back to them and only received one email back from them and then nothing. I have called, emailed and sent messaged through their website and they will not respond. I have seen two other negative reviews stating this exact same thing, that they do not return your ps3 after sending it to them. DO NOT SEND YOUR PROPERTY TO THESE PEOPLE. ...read more

sent in my system for the ylod right? they say 'about 2-3 weeks for repair'. almost 4 months later i get an email out of the blue saying that they cant get it running. ok it wasn't guaranteed to work, so i say send it back just so i can get my hdd back. one month later finally get it back. i decide to do the penny trick to see if i can get it running for a little bit to back up the data. i take it apart only to discover that they didnt even put the right parts back in. my order number was q7826 and they label parts with the order number to keep it together, however the parts inside all read q7271. real good job f***ing reading a simple number. dont send them your system whatever you do. there's a chance you'll never get the real one back ...read more

I sent my PS3 to them. Turnaround supposed to be two weeks. Two months went buy no word. Numerous emails and phone calls to busy number with no answer. Then out of blue an email to say can't be fixed so have to make a choice. Made the choice. Another two months and again nothing. Won't answer emails or phone calls! Horrible company IMO. Sent my PS3 to them for repair heard nothing for almost two months even though I sent numerous emails and phone calls to a busy number. Then I got an email stating they could not repair and I got some choices what to do. I chose again almost two months ago yet I have not heard anything again.
