sent in my system for the ylod right? they say 'about 2-3 weeks for repair'. almost 4 months later i get an email out of the blue saying that they cant get it running. ok it wasn't guaranteed to work, so i say send it back just so i can get my hdd back. one month later finally get it back. i decide to do the penny trick to see if i can get it running for a little bit to back up the data. i take it apart only to discover that they didnt even put the right parts back in. my order number was q7826 and they label parts with the order number to keep it together, however the parts inside all read q7271. real good job f***ing reading a simple number. dont send them your system whatever you do. there's a chance you'll never get the real one back
