Good Morning; Really sorry If I become rude or else. But I have had too many problems lately with your system. Last time your tech came out ( and a couple before ), He stated I have a 6 year old unit, reason things were not working properly. He took the unit and was going to come back with a another one in a few days. Coming home, I saw the receive on my door, seems like a nother old one. figured everything is ok. Days passed, and my neightbord started telling me there is something wrong with your unit, constant noise since It was changed. He has a water softener as well, but not yours. He is a retiree from the county, so I decided to see what he was talking about.
