August 2013 my husband and I were visiting my 94 year old father in Delray Beach Florida and his air-conditioning unit wasn't functioning. The temperature was soaring. Called PRIDE in Delray Beach Florida, the service people used in the condo area. They were called on Friday night, wouldn't come out until Mon late afternoon. Finally came out only to need an expert to look at an electrical problem. The "expert" couldn't be there until Tues morning. Called AAA airconditioning and should have called them sooner. Jimmy came out, looked at the problem in the pouring rain, needed a part and he came the next morning. Don't leave your self or your elderly relative in a 93 degree condo when AAA Air Conditioning could come out and fix the problem. The service was excellent, efficient and dependable. The worst possible experience. They lied,misled, gave false information, spoke to them about exactly what was necessary for installation, to the exact dimensions, and then they said it was wrong, not what they wanted after exact directions, then when scheduling for installation, didn't ave the proper amount of men to do the job after in advance agreeing to do the installation at their specific time, Do not use this company ...read more

They offer lifetime warranty on hand tools but where is the sense on having to bring all the parts of the set when there is only one broken. So if you get a 50 piece set and one brakes you are screw if you got one missing. Got to buy a new set. ...read more
