If you buy a plant at Butcher's, don't pay for their planting/warranty service for a couple of reason's. The first is that they don't honor their plant warranties, and ignore requests to get a plant replaced under the warranty terms. They only cover the plant for 6 months. They never return calls and probably hope you give up so they don't have to correct the problem. Their delivery service is not good, and the plant that we purchased and paid the installation costs on was dropped off the truck from a distance of about 5 feet. This also occurred two additional times in moving the plant to the spot where it was to be planted. Save your money and time by finding a better nursery. ...read more
