"I recieved a call from David within seconds of submitting my request. I emailed him on a sunday to schedule my appointment for monday after deciding to have him perform my inspection. What sold me on his services was the sample inspection report that he sent me. I compared it to other reports from a couple of inspectors who actually had sample reports. When I asked others for a sample report they acted as if I was asking them for their s.s.#, not David. He has one ready on his website.
