I searched around for a company because after going out of town we ended up with bed bugs. Needless to say my wife and I were not happy but needed a company that was going to do it right. After looking at a few companies, I felt most comfortable with A1 and I am VERY glad I did. They did a thermal heat treatment, explained everything to me, educated us on the bugs and how to keep them out. We had to do a strict protocol (they call it) and they gave me the results we wanted and needed. No more bed bugs since. I had roaches really bad, massey couldn't get rid of them. They tried for months and nothing, I had A1 home pest come in and about a month and a half later I have not seen a roach yet! ...read more

I don't know where these high reviews come from because they have been terrible to say the least and a complete scam at worst. Original service was fine but I only needed one treatment. A few months later I have an invoice on my door for a follow up service which I did not request. I called the office and said I wasn't laying because I didn't want or ask for it. Few months later another call this time and high pressure into service. I agreed but only if they took care of specific pest. The pest we're not treated and it wasn't even noted on the form that was left. I was told I would get a retreatment if it didn't work which I did not receive. So after that I said I won't be doing business anymore and I'm not paying for service I didn't request and that was unsatisfactory. Now I am getting multiple calls at all times a day for payment.
