Angels Care Home Health

1.0

By K Pilat

I completely concur with the reivew from D Chandler below although I believe he mant to rate this agency 1 star. I had to call them this morning (Christmas Eve Day) to try to get some care for my terminally ill Father. I received a return call by a person named Suzanne Healy whose first question was about insurance and my ability to pay.She stated it was Christmas Eve and hung up on me. I waited a few minutes and used my caller ID to call her back and asked her if we were accidentally disconnected. She stated that becuase we had hospice care and medicare was already paying hospice she could not get paid. She hung up again before I could explain that we wanted to use them for our hospice care long term. I would never use this agency as my first and more importantly lasting impression is that they only care about money and not actual patients. Not the kind of care I would want for my Father or anyone else that was in need of hospice care. HORRIBLE people. ...read more
