I recently purchased several racks of pork spareribs on sale, some of which I froze for later use, most for Super Bowl Sunday, Imagine my chagrin when I opened up one of the larger (read that MOST EXPENSIVE) packages of ribs and found a large, heavy piece of bone tucked in under the ribs! I don't have a dog, so the bone is useless to me and should never have been put into the package. It was carefully positioned under the ribs, so this was no mistake.
