Incomplete medical records, violating Florida Statutes. Refuse service to patients. Turnaround for life threatening care 4 days to 2 weeks, but will not refer to urgent or emergency care. According to the American Heart Association "Uncontrolled high blood pressure can cause damage to blood vessels in the major organs. Unregulated high blood pressure can lead to stroke, heart attack, and liver failure". The doctor's office was unaware of this fact. According to the drug guidelines put out for doctors on this particular precription indicates, uncontrolled discontinuation over a time period of as little as 4 days, resulted in 4.4% deaths. The doctor's office was either unaware or uncaring of this fact as well.
