People say that today's market is completly shot and others say the market will go up by next year or so. I personally think that with the trends the economy has showed in the past, the housing / realestate market is somewhat stabilized at least in the Central Florida region. The market may not be as fast paced as it has been in the past few years but after all this is Florida and we have the best weather and vacation hot spot in the East Coast.
