Pure scumbag. Didn't even bother to look at the house before he listed it. 500 sq ft smaller and 1 bedroom less than it really is. After stopping a low ball deal he's decided to sue. Pure lazy scum. If you want a lazy realtor that will use the courts to try and screw you a second time, this is your man. ...read more

Referring to the "discrimination" review below, to set the record straight... GPM is only the Management Company, they are not responsible for actions of a Condominium Board of Directors acceptance or denial for rental and/or purchase applications. That is a matter between the applicant and the B.O.D. It is unfair to give GPM a negative review in this case. ...read more

We paid $100.00 just to be told we were denied because of my husband's two lasts! He was adopted found his bio parents and changed it to theirs, big deal! The actual owner already gave us keys and we signed a lease and yesterday some old man thats a nephew of someones from the board came and harassed us and said us and our 2yr old son has to be out that next day. Which isnt going to happen we are staying here until eviction is filed or we find some place before the 30 days. They only want old people in the complex and i plan to take further action because its not a 55+ place. Nor is there anything about a approval on the lease! ...read more

The Perks of Vacation Rentals VS Hotels in Florida

When it comes to de-stressing and choosing the perfect holiday spot, givingCape Coral propertiesin Lee County, Florida a shot would be well worth your time. Complete with attractive beaches, theme parks, museums, galleries and animal zoos, Florida will provide you not just with loads – but tons, of fun. So while you’re wondering how you will be able to explore all those places in just one day, we suggest that you consider renting a vacation house for the moment. Why? The following reasons should be able to convince you just fine. The Comforts of Home VS a Hotel Taking twoweeks off your time to just relax and enjoy the moment can be costly. Money wise, booking a hotel can be expensive and you surely don’t want to go overboard with your budget. While money may not be a problem, a vacation rental is by far more comfortable to have than a hotel aside from it being cheaper. So what kind of comforts do vacation rentals offer that you can’t find in hotels? For one thing, you have complete privacy when it comes to having your vacation rentals for a place to stay. Hotel rooms are expensive, spotlessly clean and more often than not, equipped with surveillance cameras; not a very good thing if you want complete privacy. And while accessing private pools, clubs and other privileges provided by the hotel equals a few hundred dollars more on your hotel bill, vacation rentals allow you to access the same amenities with little or no cost at all. Vacation rentals are family-friendly If your idea of a vacation involves the whole family; kids, pets and even close relatives, having the extra space for living room, bedroom and bathroom accommodation counts a lot. You can’t expect that by simply booking a hotel because hotel bookings are not as accommodating as vacation rentals are. If you have your kids in tow and your pets with you, choosing vacation rentals over hotels is obviously a much better choice. Vacation rentals can be your home too Because of the rising market for rental homes in Florida, it’s not really surprising to think of acquiring a house by starting to rent them. Besides, there are a lot of rental houses that you can choose from starting withCape Coral properties. The perks of having access to the best sandy beaches, fishing piers, recreational and entertainment parks, golf courses, wildlife areas that comeat affordable prices with family friendly and simply comfortable accommodations  are more than enough reason to choose vacation rentals for the perfect holiday getaway experience. ...read more

I M A Conglomerate signs on Blossoms and Blooms Events

I M A Conglomerate announced early last week that we have signed on a subcontractor in the SWFL area to handle our event planning division in conjunction with our in-house planner.  Blossoms and Blooms is a unique company with a rich story.  Yolanda and her daughter are partners in this small but large company.  After years of working with different crafts and then flowers and balloons while being a stay at home mom to her two little girls, Yolanda decided to take the 'proper training' and opened her first events, flower and gift shop (Balloons Brides and More) when her then youngest started school. At the time, that was in South Texas.Yolanda loves working with flowers, materials, balloons and glitter, decorating items and pieces of furniture, to be used to enhance the look of a room and creating one beautiful event after another, using all the colors and textures in God's world we live in.  After working hard getting it ready, she had gone to a doctor to get checked as to why she was so tired and feeling so bad. She thought she was just too tired or stressed from the work.  At the grand opening, her first call on her new business phone was the doctor, telling her the reason she was so tired was because she was expecting her third, so it took a special significance.Any event that is special enough for someone to hire us to decorate for it, is important to us.  It started as a mother and daughter endeavor with her mom and her, then she lost her mom to illness, so it became only daughter for a while, but after years and circumstances, her daughter is now on board so they are a mother and daughter business again. They couldn't use the same name in SouthWest Florida, because there is another business with almost the same name so her daughter named it, Blossoms and Blooms Events..(catchy huh?)Being a family business, they have different generations, ideas, tastes, and have no limits on creativity..(Aiming for the stars is not a limit, since there are footprints on the moon).I M A Conglomerate is looking forward to a long lasting partnership with Blossoms and Blooms Events.  Contact us today at 347-896-3398 or info@ima-conglomerte.com to learn more about out event packagaes. ...read more
