I am very disappointed with my visit to Brandon Smiles earlier this morning. Unfortunately, the entire visit felt like a bait and switch scam job. I scheduled a $59 "New Patient Special" which included "comprehensive examination", full set of digital x-rays, and healthy mouth cleaning (unless gum disease is present), which I learned about from a direct mail post card. The x-rays were taken and I was seen by Dr. Sheikh for a total of maybe 10min. The dentist performed a quick examination and told me what work he thought I needed done. The tech returned and presented me with a quote and financing options, and although the tech was pleasant and polite I could not help but feel like I was being pitched at a used car dealership. I respectfully declined and said I was going to revisit my previous dentist before making a decision. When I asked about the healthy mouth cleaning I was told I would have to schedule a second appointment, which I did not understand. I was not very happy about this but paid the $59 "New Patient Special", asked about copies of the x-ray’s to provide another dentist. I was told they could give paper copies of the x-rays for $10, which also confused and bothered me. After speaking with my previous dental office, I called Brandon Smiles to ask about acquiring the digital files, since no dentist can work with paper copies of x-rays. I was told by the office manager that although they very clearly understand paper copies of x-rays are useless, that is the only assistance they would provide - even if I signed an authorization giving them permission to send the files via email and clearing them of any liability related to HIPPA. Others may have a different experience with Brandon Smiles, and I can respect that, but this felt like a complete bait and switch. I am very unhappy with the way in which Brandon Smiles conducts business, and as a small business owner myself am very surprised. They broke shattered a tooth and removed 2 other tooth and it took me over four months to get a plastic partial that fell apart in 2 weeks and I was scam and lost $3,800, they still haven't returned my calls. They are students, dirty, don't know if they sterilize the equipment. Don't go there! ...read more

unfriendly staff. Especially office manager is under qualified for the job. If you correct her error, she would get upset. Dentist Robert Parkinson is the same way. Arrogant and not listening to patient. Avoid them! ...read more
