Had a billing dispute. I disagreed on what was owed and asked for a statement and they never sent one. When I go to reenroll (because I assumed it was wrong), they advised my son was on a DO NOT ENROLL LIST. I went back and forth with the lady and she stated that THEY DO NOT PROVIDE STATEMENTS! I have never in my life dealt with a business that provides a service for monetary exchange not have the ability to furnish their customer with a bill. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IS THATjQuery17107253207206303809_1346786571617?? So I am doing what I can to get the word out BEWARE!!!! I definitely feel, like I was treated like a deadbeat.... My son was enrolled in the after school program for the 11-12 school year and went out of state for the summer. My son was at the Lakewood location. I had received a call being told I owed money....I didn't agree. I asked for a bill and never heard from them again. I attempted to reenroll my son and was advised that he is now on their DO NOT ENROLL list due to owing money and when I again asked for a statement they advised NO....THEY DON'T DO THAT.. REALLY???? So how are billing disputes handled then? How can I the consumer decide if I do owe money or not? How does an organization not have the ability to furnish their customers statements????
