I called one night to get my house unlocked and asked for a rate on the phone. They quoted me $29 for the travel and cost of labor. I agreed without checking their website first because I trusted the dispatcher I talked to. The locksmiths got there and started quoting me $29 for the travel and $120 for labor. I expressed that I wouldnt have wasted their time if I knew it would be anywhere near thT cost so they said they could make it $100 flat for travel and labor but only if I leave a 5 star review for them. I agreed because they were 2 large men and I was alone in the dark with them. The next day I look further on their website and see that the starting rate is $35 for home unlocking and nowhere is any info stating that after 10pm the rates go up but that is what I was told after calling and confronting them.
