We would like to give Manatee River HD and Rossiter HD a big ZERO for customer service and for their crappy service departments and techs. Every person that we came in contact with were arrogant idiots and had no respect for us or our motorcycle. Avoid these 2 dealers in Bradenton and Sarasota at all cost. ...read more

Manatee River Harley Davidson & Rossiter Harley Davidson are not customer friendly. They treat people like they have no where else to go. There's some big mouthed guy there that is very obnoxious. I though he was a bike washer but turns out he is the General Manager. Where did they find this guy? Both dealerships are out to rape everybody.
