I should have walked away when Jerry pretty much insulted me by telling me that I couldn’t afford the Camry. I “ordered” the Camry. Paid a $500 deposit and the car never came. They never ordered the car. The one who was supposed to handle this was the “general manager”, Jeramie Snelling. This guy… He handed it to Chris Brunson, who took my deposit, told me that he had located the vehicle and never heard back from him, as he told me he would call me three days later. Phone calls, emails, no answer…. Renita Garcia, emails, no reply. Jeramie Snelling actually answered a couple of emails, but once the time of “delivery” came, he never answered again to emails or voicemails. I even went to the dealership after being ignored and this guy didn’t even have the decency to speak to me. They never told me what happened. Nothing. I have no complaints about corporate Gettel, or the Gettel family in general. I will never step in gettel lakewood again unless they get rid of Jeramie Snelling. ...read more

I ordered headliner material for my BMW from Headliner Express because it was stated to be OEM and I read their so called testimonials. When I eventually received the material it didn t even come from Headliner Express it came from a place called Veteran Services in LA and the color did not match the OEM. Worst of all I returned it and never received any refund or store credit!! Read their policy on returns which does nothing to protect the buyer and everything to protect the seller and then the so called Christian owner Bill Stauffer does not actually give any store credit or refund at all!!! Mr Luis Rivera, agreed to fix my car's oil leak and tail lights (november 2013). He then calls me, claiming the oil leak was repaired and its time to pay him, however he hadn't had a chance to get to the tail lights. He was paid one payment of $600, then another $100 a month later (as an incentive to finish his work). Now after 5 months (of him refusing to return my calls or texts), my car has a flat (from not being moved at all), still hasn't been fully repaired (oil is still leaking and now tail lights, brake lights and interior lights are broken) and he refuses to complete his repairs or refund my money.
