If I could give Zero Stars I would. This has to be the worst cleaning company on Earth. My parents had a coupon for Gotcha Covered house cleaning services. They wanted the house cleaned before my family came to visit. My parents have the same 3 bed, 3 bath house that I grew up in so I am extremely familiar with what it takes to clean it. 2 of the bathrooms were not even touched. The bathtubs were dirty and the shower floor in the third bathroom was obviously untouched. There was still tons of dog hair on all the area rugs. I can't tell what the hell these people did clean. The dust in the bathrooms was a 1/4' thick. My 3 yo needed a bath and couldn't even take one because the tubs were so dirty. I expect a thorough cleaning for $125. Disgusting! ...read more
