Lance Zeidman, the 'owner' of this insurance racket is a con artist. Google him. He runs various fly-by-night operations with the intent to defraud people, and his latest scam is in insurance. He has been shut down by the states of Vermont and Kansas and fined by the state of Florida for various violations including misleading insurance ads. He has scammed numerous people through a bogus company he was running called 'Universal Investments Inc.' where he received money, promised a quick return and then disappeared with investor's money. He was also running a business setting up websites and seriously overcharging and in some cases taking the money but not doing the work. Google this man and you will see he is a crook-do not give him one penny of your hard earned money or you will regret it...he is a CROOK! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. ...read more

They're scam artists. My rate kept going up. Every single time I went in, I'd have a different rep because they have the highest turnover in that office. I spoke with Lorie, who is rude, hostile, and unhelpful. She barked at me there was nothing she could do to lower my rate and wouldn't even look up from her computer. I ended up comparing my first bill with my latest bill and she had added little things to raise my rate that I never asked for. I called another company who informed me that there was plenty she could have offered me to lower my rate. I wrote a complaint to Rick Limegrover, who never responded!
