I am the owner of 8103 Clothing and have been dealing with the worst customer service from owner Pete Loftis. He has the worst attitude and curses at his customers when he get's angry. He is not a professional by any means and can't handle customers problems or issues without cursing at the customer. I have a PO Box account set up to receive mail from my husband in Iraq , the mail was never received that he sent, and I was charged double the going rate for a PO Box after setting up another account at a seperate location.
