Fantastic Sams

I've went to this Fantastic Sam's and gotten by hair cut my 2 different women. I have difficult hair to cut and so I stress the instructions on how to cut my hair. Both women, Anna and Tara, completely ignored this and messed up. Anna messed up a total of 3 times because I went back to have her fix her mistakes and she never got it right. I just had Tara cut it yesterday and she messed up too. Why do these women have jobs if the cannot do the job right? I'm afraid to go anywhere to have my hair cut now because it doesn't seem like anyone is competent enough.
