Fantastic Sams

I've went to this Fantastic Sam's and gotten by hair cut my 2 different women. I have difficult hair to cut and so I stress the instructions on how to cut my hair. Both women, Anna and Tara, completely ignored this and messed up. Anna messed up a total of 3 times because I went back to have her fix her mistakes and she never got it right. I just had Tara cut it yesterday and she messed up too. Why do these women have jobs if the cannot do the job right?
