I have only tried enlyten strips one time. I used the melatonin/sleep aid. I did sleep really well that night, and woke up feeling refreshed and ready for the day. I usually toss and turn and hit the snooze about 3 times. I am going to try them again for a week and see if I continue to get the same results. If I do, I would rate the strips 5 stars.
