Duluth Carpet Cleaning

I had to post this review because I just couldn't believe that there are still companies out there that actually check their work. Duluth Carpet Cleaning came out to my home for a standard carpet cleaning. I found them online and when I requested a free quote from their website someone called me immediately to set up the carpet cleaning service. The technician, Rob, was clean cut, polite, and actually had a personality and he was happy to answer my questions. After he finished cleaning he gave me a copy of his checklist which contains each step of his carpet cleaning process and asked if we could go over everything to make sure I was happy. I couldn't believe how thorough he was and how comfortable he made me feel. I didn't like something (really petty) and he just smiled and said he'll take care of it; no questions asked. Even if he did a bad job on the carpets I still would use them again because they were so awesome to deal with.

They were not pushy and their prices are decent. The techs and office staff were great to work with through the entire process. Overall, my experience with Duluth Carpet Cleaning was great.
