Disaster!!! I cannot remember ever taking the time to fill out a review but if it keeps anyone else from going through the same experience I did with Devoy Development, it is worth it. Joe is completely overwhelmed and unorganized. He is slow to respond if he does respond. If it is not a true emergency, he likely will not respond at all. He hires the cheapest and shadiest people to do any maintenance work at his properties which just causes more problems and leaves residents uncomfortable. They do not let you know they are coming by and will just walk in the residence without warming. However, this is not just the maintenance people that come over without warning. Despite asking Joe on more than 3 occasions, he continued to come in and out of our residence without warning us. My roommates girlfriend knew someone was in the house when she came home but no one was responding when she yelled out. The neighbor (ex cop) watched the video at her residence and realized Joe was still in the house. She waited until he left and went upstairs to find all of her clothes and items in the bathroom moved around and placed elsewhere. We had nothing but issues with everything his 'maintenance crew' touched yet he still tried to keep most of our deposit. His company is extremely unprofessional and frustrating.
