at least three times in the last several months, I have had very frustrating experiences with the pharmacy section.\t\n\t\nIt seems that if one uses the "convenient" phone refill service, that there is no connection between the prescription being filled and the amount of medication they have on hand. They do not advise that they are out of a drug until one is there to pick up. By the way, I am talking about very common medications (ie singulair).\t\n\t\nThe pharmacist appears clueless and absolutely indifferent to the well being of the customer. I do not know if this is a common problem among other Walgreen stores in the area; the problem NEVER existed at Happy Harry (same store, different management).\t\n\t\nThank goodness CVS is establishing a presence in the area..I will take my business there and hope they are more efficient!!!\t\n\t\nAs I noted - this is not a one-time complaint.
