I have been going to Chez Nicole for years. It took me a long time to fine a place that listened to me and respected my wishes yet also gave me professional advice. With my work schedule I frequently have to reschedule and have never had a problem. They remember me and I feel like part of their family. very dissappointed with the service, i took my 16year old daughter to have highlight and the rep was nice at first, but the result was not to what we expect. she said she will make lighter if not satisfied. After a few days it look like the work was done at home instead by a professional. i call to take the offer to make lighter and she was i guess angry and my daughter hair turn oout like a cramberry color. she was horrified. i left message for the manager to call back and no response so far. will complain to comsumer affair. ...read more
