Chez Nicole

I have been going to Chez Nicole for years. It took me a long time to fine a place that listened to me and respected my wishes yet also gave me professional advice. With my work schedule I frequently have to reschedule and have never had a problem. They remember me and I feel like part of their family. Love this salon, hope to be a part of their "extended family " a long time.

very dissappointed with the service, i took my 16year old daughter to have highlight and the rep was nice at first, but the result was not to what we expect. she said she will make lighter if not satisfied. After a few days it look like the work was done at home instead by a professional. i call to take the offer to make lighter and she was i guess angry and my daughter hair turn oout like a cramberry color. she was horrified. i left message for the manager to call back and no response so far. will complain to comsumer affair.

I am luckily related to the owners and some staff at Chez Nicole. I had the honor of training my wonderful neice when she was barley 14. I only wish I worked for her now. She is an exceptional teck, and person. Her sister Cynthia is a "wow" master haircutter!! Their mother (my wonderful sister) is also a master of masters cutter. You alway leave feeling soooo much better than when you walked in!! "Kudos" to all of the wonderful staff at Chez Nicole. I love you all, and will be in soon!!
