Sears in Seaford, DE is the worst store I've ever shopped at. I bought a screen tent from them that we did not open right away. When my husband and I finally did open it, it was used. It was caked with mud and the spikes were rusted. They initially said we could return it, but when I just called and spoke with the same manager I talked with before, she denies ever talking with me and won't take it back because we don't have a receipt.
