The condominium building is facing the Atlantic so that every unit is Oceanfront! The is a built-in pool with new filter technology - the water is crystal clear. There are only 1 or 2 bedroom units but they are comfortable and inexpensive to rent. The building is quiet and does not cater to the party crowd therefore is very family friendly. We've been coming to this building every summer for about 13 years. The only change we've made is to extend our vacation from 1 week to 2 weeks. The staff is terrific, and having the beach right outside the building is great. The pool is terrific, especially in the afternoons when the sun can get hot in July and August. The location is perfect. It is a few minutes north of Ocean City MD, with all of its mini-golf, movies and restaurants. The building's location in Delaware also makes it easier to visit the shops (including the huge outlet complex) in South Delaware. The building has easy access to Bethany as well.
