I'm a fan of the popcorn itself, but their customer service for online ordering leaves a lot to be desired. I specifically requested a tin be mailed out on a date they suggested (I first called to confirm and followed their instructions to write a comment as to when to ship (for Christmas). However, when I learned that they shipped much earlier, I called to ask why and they said they just got it done early. I was very disappointed, and asked for some sort of incentive, and they offered me $1 off the price of the $25.00 can I ordered! Then they were rude when I protested. I stopped by your store today at around 4:05 p.m. to get a large cheese popcorn and was told they only had very little of that kind. I think if a store is open until 5 p.m. they should of made more since it was about a hour to closing. I know its winter months and I aways try to get your popcorn but the services the last three times had be really bad. If I can't get what I like maybe the store should close earlier to stop turning people away. Hopefully someday someone will get this right...... Thanks David ...read more
