Very quiet environment. Nice sized apartments, I have a 2BR w/ 1 1/2 BA, okay sized kitchen w/ walk-in pantry (which takes up a lot of space, but good to have). Thin doors, can hear people conversation as you walk past their door. Master bedroom is located in the back of the apartment, so If someone is knocking at your door, its hard to hear them.
