If you are locked out of your car in Dover Delaware. DO NOT EVER call this lock service. Call Dover City Police. They'll actually care to respond and they'll get you into your car. This company is used by AT & T Roadside service. So, if you're a subscriber to AT&T Cellular, make sure you tell them not to ever dispatch this company to your aid. They may dispatch, but this company will never come. They didn't even have our vehicle description correct, so as to know who to look for had they arrived. If I could choose no star I would for rating. Do not use this lock service poor customer service. told 20 minutes, then 30 minutes then two hours later maybe another 1/2 hour. Person sounded like a home business very unprofessional, hung over or something, maybe he went back to sleep, left a woman and kids stranded because they didn't show, could have lost her job because she had to be there, but they didn't care. Didn't even call us to say going to be late or anything or change time. just left us hanging had to call someone else finally and they were there within a hour pay the extra money and get the better service, BEWARE do not use this company they need to change their name from Speedy to Sleepy Key Lock Service!!!!!!!! ...read more
