Liberto's Art Sketchbook

COME VIEW THE PAGES OF MY SKETCHBOOK TO SEE WHAT i HAVE BEEN UP TO LATELY. Focus on the innerself.   We all  have ideas about creating something or putting an old object to a new use.  Think about setting aside 30 minutes to one hour a day on your desire to plan a project, make a list of supplies or to assemble your next project.  If you devote 30 minutes a day to a new painting, you are on your way to completing it.  If you never start, of course you will never complete or satisfy your inner self. Writing down your thoughts or journaling is a great way to express your self.  You will begin to see a pattern.  You should always carry a notebook.  Write down notes, ideas, things to do, things to buy, people to contact.  Make sketches of great places, landscapes, birds, people and the like.  Describe the colors and what you were feeling.  Who needs a camera. (Or maybe yours is a home.) There is so much to do.  Where do we start.  Start on one project.  Start on many projects.  While you are at a standstill on one, or waiting for paint, or glue to dry, go to another.  You will finish something, eventually. So what should you do?  Start a blog.  Everyone is doing it.  Someone will find your input interesting and unique. Create a collage, scrapbook page or personal greeting card.  Embellish until your heart is content.  Start your own web-site. There are lots of free hosts with easy instructions. Write a poem.  Find a great ending line and work in reverse.  It will be your own poem. Grab you camera and go for a ride.  City or country, that are lots of great images   waiting for you. HOPE YOU HAVE ENJOYED THE FIRST ENTRY OF MY SKETCHBOOK. LIFE IS ART OR IS IT ART IS LIVE? LOVE, MARIA ...read more
