Gas prices are going down, or so it seems! Never in my lifetime did I think I would have to pay $4 for a gallon of gas. Whatever happened to the .89 a gallon? The reality is, everything is more expensive than it was 10 years ago. A gallon of milk is almost $4. My goal was to give someone a break once a month, at the same time help out the American Red Cross.
