Damiano Paving & Sealcoating

We at our store are still waiting after almost two months for them to come back out to paint the three handicap symbols still required by law to have. They keep telling me they'll be here on a certain day, and when said day comes, they never show up! They will call you back if they feel like it. Completely unprofessional, and not very customer friendly. I was going to look into having them pave my driveway, and I definitely will never do business with them. If you pay them in full, and need them to come back out, don't waste your time contacting them. They will NEVER show up!

Called today to find out about giving these people some business, since the people we were originally going to work with since do not take our calls. I think to be in the business of paving and sealcoating in the Scranton area, you have to be a jerk, like we were treated today when we called. We were delighted by a courteous "WHAT?!" to answer the phone. We stated what we wanted and were told that we would be called back in 15 minutes. An hour later, we tried calling again and got no answer. Long story short, Damiano is no different from any of the other paving contractors in Scranton: nasty, rude, and unprofessional.
