As a loved one of a resident of Minsec I personally experienced this company and it's unprofessionalism. My fiance has been there for 3 months he's done everything he can to follow the rules and make this experience as painless as he can but no matter how hard he tries they keep doing everything to stop his progress. The company's website says they rehabilitate criminals to live a productive life- my fiance found a job and they won't even feed him dinner when he gets home because he's too late, yet they take 20% of his paycheck for rent. Part of his requirement is to go to AA meetings they refused all his requests to go then gave him a 7 day restriction for not completing it so this way he can't see his family. When trying to find someone to help him in the higher authorities he was simply told "Jerry is doing your case managers mom he won't do anything for you and there is no one above him."
