I odered and paid for a Tempur-Pedic body pillow for my wife on Dec.15, 2012 and was told I would have it for Christmas well I didn't and I have called and stored in the store and was told they would call me when the pillow comes in. I asked for a refund and was told I can only get a store credit. Its Dec.31, 2012 and still no pillow and had I ordered it from Tempur-Pedic's website I would have had it in a fews day. ...read more

Purchased a Cat-napper sectional. Love it!!! This sectional is very large and super cushy with two recliners and a chaise. So comfy. We just love it! Our salesman, Mark, was great. Pleasant, easy going, and knowledgeable. The sectional was delivered in perfect condition, and the delivery guys were friendly and proficient as they carried the item up stairs and through tight doorways. They set the sectional up quickly and were in and out in no time. I researched the cost of this item online before committing to the purchase, and found EFO's price to be the best I could find. I used their financing with zero interest for one year. This transaction went well from beginning to end. This new item is replacing a sectional that I purchased from EFO about 16 years ago.
