Everyone else in my family goes to expensive hair salons and made fun of me when I told them I wanted to try Supercuts. Although all I ever get is a simple straight across trim of both my hair and bangs all the higher and mid level hair salons I tried didn't deliver what I asked for. Quite often well meaning stylists insisted on adding whatever extra touches they felt despite my desire to keep my hair simple. After going to Supercuts I won't go anywhere else. I only ever get my hair done by Alicia, I think her last name is Rikitoni, and she always does it perfectly. She is a super nice stylist and always ready with information on different products and hairstyles. The biggest downfall of the salon are a few of the other employees, some of whom like to complain a lot about both personal and professional matters.
