Up until we bought our LG dryer, I would not have hesitated buying from Mudrick's hearing good things about them. They sent out a company called Mike's of new haven to deliver it. One would assume they "installed" it when they removed our other dryer. We have it about 4 years, and 4 weeks ago the dryer would not heat. Clearly they had to have hooked up all the vent with the new dryer or it wouldn't have worked. They referred me to A&E factory direct (AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS). They sent a tech out & he said whoever installed it (Mudricks delivery people) put the dryer on top of the vent, and we were lucky not to have a fire. The lint could not get through due to the fact that they installed the dryer on top of the vent! They denied it. They had me call A&E to come fix it, & they were even worse! The guy said it was the thermostat, it took 2 weeks to repair, & he broke the tumbler. It smells like burned hair. So now I am without a dryer 5 weeks & A&E is the most unprofessional company! ...read more
