This company has by far the worst service of any repair company I have ever used. The are the authorized provider for Lowes so if you need a repair make sure you ask for a different repair service. They have a habit of not showing up for appointments and ordering the wrong parts as well as lying about backorder status. They are utterly incompetent and to make matters worse the receptionist if condescending and rude. If I could give negative stars I would! If I could give this company zero stars I would. In August my 1 year old bosch dishwasher's door latch broke. They came and looked and said they would order the part. October 19th and still no part so I emailed bosch directly. They had the part and said that C&E should call them and they would mail it to them. C&E said that Bosch would not mail them the part (something about an accounting problem) So here I am stuck in the middle. When I tried to Call C&E back (10-12 times) no one would pick up. So I have been washing dishes since August because this company cannot do their job. I will never buy a Bosch product again and that's a shame because I have alway like their product, but their service follow-up is terrible. Now I have to find another company to take over the repair of my dishwasher.
