This company was rude when I set up the appointment. They then called and cancelled the appointment even though I had made it weeks in advance. They never showed for the rescheduled appointment. Then, two days after the appointment date, the repairman calls me at 7:30pm. He asks if he can come that night between 8:45 and 10pm! Although this was extremely inconvienant I agreed. He never showed and I have never heard from them again. I have tried calling their number numerous times and there is never anyone to take the call. This company has by far the worst service of any repair company I have ever used. The are the authorized provider for Lowes so if you need a repair make sure you ask for a different repair service. They have a habit of not showing up for appointments and ordering the wrong parts as well as lying about backorder status. They are utterly incompetent and to make matters worse the receptionist if condescending and rude. If I could give negative stars I would!
