From You Flowers - what a great disappointment! ! I had ordered flowers for a friend's funeral but it was never delivered, however I was told twice personally that it was delivered on time. As a flower delivery service company, they should've followed up with this before I had to chase after them for answers. Not only they've failed to follow up on a simple order but they've also failed to follow through with their promise of letting me know what was going on. I have used this company a handful of times but I will never use them again after this. It's not only the fact that the flowers were never delivered but also the failure to handle this properly and promptly when notified by the customer several times. For the record, I have called twice and emailed twice regarding the status of my order and was told twice personally that my order was delivered on time. This was for a funeral which was 3 weeks ago. Even if they have them deliver the flowers today, it wouldn't be for my complete satisfaction. I ordered for Valentines Day a month early. I paid extra to have them delivered before noon. Not only were they not there by noon. They NEVER showed up. I called customer service and waited on the phone for an hour. I sent 3 emails in which, have still not gotten a reply. They refunded my money (so they said), but still ruined a holiday!
