Horrible customer service from one of the owners himself. Very disrespectful and sarcastic when dealing with my issues on phone. Service person told me I needed a new spring for my dishwasher and that the old one was missing and must have popped off. Paid $75 service charge and was told it would be another $75 service charge plus the cost of the spring and labor. Didn't have them fix it cuz I thought it was ridiculous that I would have to pay another $75 service charge. Today I had another service man come to look at another appliance and asked him about replacing the "missing" spring. He fixed it in less than 10 minutes using the original spring which was there the whole time. Called home appliance parts and repair and spoke with one if the owners Mike. Explained the situation and he was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful. Didn't even apologize and told me the service fee was non- refundable.
