I had to write a review about this business and the people who work there. I bought a house with a pool and had no idea how to take care of it, it was a mess since the previous owners did not maintain it. I went to one of the 'big' pool places in Danbury which shall remain nameless... I spent a bunch of money just for the pool to turn green again. I decided to stop in here to see if I could get some help because I was desperate. They were so helpful and kind - they came to my house THAT SAME DAY to help fix the problem I was having with the pool. Then the owner stopped by my house later on to see how it was going!! Talk about customer service!! This was two days ago - the pool is now clear and they told me everything I need to do to keep it that way. I highly recommend them - they truly care, take pride in their work, and are well worth the money. My only regret is that I didn't come here first!!! ...read more
