I strongly recommend that you DO NOT do business with this company! My husband and I began working with these people in April of 2008 to purchase a pellet stove. We made our final selection during the beginning of May, 2008 and put a $1000.oo deposit down. From there on in, everything went bad. Appt to have area in our home measured, etc for installation-- NO SHOW After continuous calls to the store, most of which were never picked up, or messages left on the phone ( and NOT ONCE returned) we cancelled our order and requested a refund. Finally, December18th 2008 we were given our refund. No apology, explanation or phone call explaining why after 7 months we still did not have our order. I was promised someone would return my call---immediately!! Never once did we get a phone call back from the Trading Post. Last year I had my basement waterproofed and since then not a drop of water in my once sodden basement. Mr. Viglione and his workers are professional, neat, on time, meticulous and cheerful on top of it all. The boss himself checks out every job to make sure there are no problems.
