In my dealings as a business in ct. for many years, I have never come across a more undesirable place and person to deal with than Al at Riverside Service... He calls and in trusting him i ordered an $1800.00 lift kit for his personal truck and for a month after i made many phone calls for him to come and pay and pick it up, i get nothing to the point that he hides behind answering the phone. Its always a different excuse that hes working on his truck or on a test drive etc. but NEVER a returned call. I'm sure if this was in the reverse it would be different!!! I am not making an opinion on the work they perform but in actions of the people there. It sure does make you wonder about putting trust in someones word and i see now that i will change my policy's that all orders are paid in full BEFORE i order anything. A full time mother and a full time employee barely has time for herself, nevertheless to give up my G25 for a whole weekend while they fix it. That's why I definitely appreciate the people at Greenwich Infiniti, they were nice, timely and very helpful, they offered me a loaner car at no cost to me and they even picked up the car from Glenville. ...read more

Of all car dealership experiences I've ever had, I definitely have to consider Greenwich Infiniti as the best one. Sales consultants were superb, even the receptionists are awesome. I always wondered why all my friends went there over all the years and it's like their family. You become loyal to them because it's soo easy to fall for their spell.
